AJ Johnson, Huntsville, President

AJ joined the Lambert Team in December 2014. AJ’s life in the moving industry started while he was in college. When he wasn’t in the classroom or playing football, he was moving furniture. He started in the moving business in 1994 in Birmingham, AL.  AJ moved to Huntsville after graduating from UAB with a bachelor’s in social science. Since then he has been an owner-operator to being a part owner of Lambert Moving Systems.

Nate Silva, Huntsville, Vice President

Nate joined the Lambert Team in June 2014. He started in the moving industry at the age of fifteen, loading trucks for pack crews in Montgomery, Alabama. He worked his way up to crew leader, driver, salesman, and manager. Now, he is a part-owner of Lambert Moving Systems.

Tina Woods, Coordinator

Tina joined the Lambert Team in April 2016 after gaining 30 years’ experience in the moving industry with another North American Van Lines agency.  When I’m not enjoying time with my 3 children (Ashley, Allison, Matthew) and 3 grandchildren (Makynzie, Case, Colt), I find jigsaw puzzles, crocheting, and scrapbooking are a great way to relax.  I also have two grand-dogs named Cotton and Bandit.

Ernest Guthrie, Warehouse Manager

Ernest has been with the Lambert Team since March 2015. Ernest has been in the moving industry since 1985. He started in the business of driving trucks and hauling furniture. After years of driving, he was promoted to operations manager with another company. Now Ernest is managing our 40,000 sqft warehouse, ensuring all our customers’ items are handled and stored properly.

David Valencia, COD Sales

David started working for Lambert Moving Systems in July of 2022.  He joined the moving industry in 2004 while living in Portland, OR and has been a household relocation consultant ever since.  David loves his job and prides himself on being very detailed when meeting with his customers so that they understand moving processes and what they can expect for their move.  He and his wife, Jann, love living in Huntsville, AL.  They enjoy the outdoors, playing board and card games with their family and friends, traveling, shooting guns, and watching sports, particularly college sports.
